taking 10mg of Ligandrol a day, I had headache first couple days but all good now and no sides. But also no gains, can I up to 20mg? Will there be more noticable gains?

While upping to 20mg may increase nitrogen retention and muscle fullness, it also significantly raises the risk of testosterone suppression and liver strain, so many find it more effective to stick to 10mg and focus on increasing caloric intake.

10mg is already on the higher side for LGD, so I wouldn’t rush to double it. The headaches early on are pretty common, and increasing the dose can bring more sides without guaranteeing much more in terms of gains.

Also, it’s not something you usually “feel” straight away. Most of the noticeable changes come over a few weeks if diet and training are on point.

Are you stacking/combining it with any other product?

Pushing the dose to 20 mg ramps up liver stress and hormone shutdown risks without promising matching gains—smarter move is keeping it lower and focusing on blood work and consistent training.

It usually takes 2–3 weeks to really kick in, just make sure calories + protein are on point
