Hi I recently bought Pharmaqo Labs Ment 50, I understand to take 20mg doses but how frequent? as every other day seems a lot and means it would only last 20 days, or is it the kind of thing to only take on days of training? Many Thanks

- Frequency:Every dayEvery Other Day (EOD) is the standard recommendation to keep blood levels stable.
The short duration of the acetate ester makes frequent dosing necessary, which explains why the bottle would only last a short time at a 20mg dose.
