Hey, Harley Jac here—I’m running 30mg of Anavar daily (split into three doses) and need to know if that’s solid or if I’ll need a PCT. If a PCT is required, what’s the best protocol for dosage and duration to keep my gains and stay healthy?

A common approach is starting PCT the day after the last Anavar dose and running something like Clomid or Nolvadex for about 3 to 4 weeks. Typical range for Clomid is around 25 to 50mg per day and Nolvadex 20mg per day.

What's the difference in PCT if being a female taking HRT, which includes Testogel because of a full hysterectomy (= controlled level of the amount of testosterone I should have every day)?
