Hi, looking at doing my first cycle and after some guidance/advice please.
i am male 35, train 4-5 times per week. have tried SARMS and peptides in the past, currently on 2mg of reta a week and 2iu HGH per day, planning on staying on HGH throught the cycle.
will get bloods done before i start, then after about 5 weeks and after the cycle.
looking at intex pharma T400 for 10 weeks, doing 400mg per week, injecting once a week.
is this a good Test and dose to use for my first cycle?
PCT i will start 1-2 weeks after last dose, and use Nolvadex 40mg per day for first 2 weeks then 20mg/day for the next 2 weeks.
Will also have Anastrozole to hand in case its needed.
Any recommendations or advice on my current plan greatly appreciated.

For a first testosterone cycle, split your weekly dose into at least two injections per week (e.g., 200mg twice weekly) to avoid extreme hormone spikes, start PCT 3–4 weeks after your last shot of long-acting blends like T400, and consider starting closer to 300–400mg per week of a simpler single ester (like Test E or C) for easier management.

Thank you for your reply. I will start with intex pharma TE-300 and start at 300mg per week and split the dose, if i split the dose into 3 injections per week, could i do them injections SubQ or is it better to 2 injections per week IM?
Any other Tips you can give me?

SubQ in 3 split doses is fine for small volume injections (0.33 ml), but 2 weekly IM injections (0.5 ml) are generally preferred for TE-300 due to its dense oil base and lower risk of painful subcutaneous lumps.

is a 25G 1” needle okay for IM into the delt? and 23G 1 1/4” okay for elsewhere like the glute?

Yes, a 25G 1” needle works well for deltoid IM injections, and a 23G 1¼” needle is appropriate for deeper sites like the glute.
