For a first cycle with Deca (Nandrolone) and Testosterone, a common starting dose is:
Testosterone: 300-500mg/week
Deca: 200-300mg/week
This is typically for 8-12 weeks. Always consult a doctor before starting.

Hi,I'm doing testosterone enanthate and decca my injection sites are extremely sore and swollen every time I inject, this is debilitating and im unable to function. Anyone else having issues with this and what can be done please, im now getting frightened of using the product.

To reduce soreness, rotate injection sites, inject slowly, warm the vial before use, massage the area, and try a smaller needle.
