I’m just about to start a 10 week test E 300 cycle along with anavar , test dosage Iv been recommended is 200mg up to 350mg PW for the test an 15mg to 20mg per day on the anavar , Iv also got some armidex for the post cycle but I’m unsure how an when to take , an also is there anything else I need , appreciate any info as don’t want to get it wrong

For your Test E 300 cycle:
Test E: Start with 200-350mg per week, split into 2 doses (e.g., Monday and Thursday).
Anavar: Take 15-20mg/day during the cycle.
Arimidex: Use it only if you experience signs of estrogenic effects (e.g., water retention, gyno). A typical dose is 0.5mg every other day, but only as needed.
PCT: After your cycle, start Clomid or Nolvadex for Post Cycle Therapy.

I hate injections what happens if i don’t split and i just inject all my test once a week

Injecting once a week can cause unstable hormone levels, leading to mood swings and less consistent results. Splitting the dose keeps levels stable.
