I like the suggestion of 10mg morning and 10mg preworkout. I often use it pre-workout and it gives a great pump and a huge strength boost. On non-training days 10mg a day is a pretty good starting dose. If you really want to find out, take it twice a day but the evening dose may contribute towards insomnia if you're a bad sleeper. In either event it contributes to indigestion and acid reflux and will worsen blood lipids. Best to get regular bloods as said.

10mg in the morning and 10mg pre-workout works well—great pumps and strength. On rest days, 10mg is enough. Avoid evening doses if you're sensitive to sleep issues. Watch for acid reflux and get regular blood work.
