I’m 21 days post steroid injection tess 300
nandrolone. Deconate I have tamoxifen and clomid. Please advise on how to do the dosage

Because nandrolone decanoate (Deca) has a very long half-life and stays in your system for weeks, you should wait a total of 21 to 28 days after your last shot before starting PCT, then run Clomid at 50mg and Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) at 20mg daily for 4 to 6 weeks.
