Hi I am Scott need some advice I have just started my first cycle of anavar I am taking 10 mg in the morning 10mg in afternoon and 10mg at night is this okay and do I have to do pct after my cycle if so what pct and what dose and how long should I take it for , any information would be a great help thanks

If you're looking to start a cycle, a typical dose for beginners is usually around 20-30mg per day, but it depends on your experience, goals, and how your body responds.
Make sure to consider things like liver health (since Anavar can be harsh on the liver), possible side effects, and post-cycle therapy (PCT) to help your body recover.

This dosage is OK for the beginner. No need for PCT unless or until you see any issue/side effect.

Hi mate,
30mg split through the day is a pretty typical way people run Anavar, so your dosing looks fine.
On PCT, even though Anavar is milder, it can still suppress you, so it’s something to think about. Whether you need it and how much really depends on how you respond, so bloodwork is the best way to know for sure.
Main thing is don’t rely on guesswork, get bloods done and let that guide what you do after
