I chose this product as part of a deliberate phase in my training where my goal was to push past a long-standing muscle and strength plateau before moving into a cut. I wasn’t expecting a cosmetic transformation during use, but I did want to see whether it could deliver meaningful gains beyond what I’d achieved naturally.
In terms of strength and muscle fullness, it did exactly what I expected. Training performance improved quickly and noticeably, and I was able to add size beyond my previous ceiling. That said, the gains came with clear trade-offs — water retention and reduced visual sharpness, particularly around the midsection, made it less suitable for anyone focused on aesthetics or tight body-composition control.
Overall, it delivered the results I was aiming for in that specific phase, but it’s very much a tool for short-term mass and strength rather than refinement. Worth it for my goals at the time, but not something I’d consider a long-term or aesthetic solution.
