Hi, I'm asking again because I didn't get a question the first time!
I want to start my first cycle with Anavar. I would like to know how to do it and what to do for PCT. It's my first time and I would like to know how many mg and how long to use PCT and what liver protector. I won't be able to do any tests.

I got u, no worries, Well you should do these;
Anavar Cycle:
Dosage: 20-30 mg/day (up to 50 mg max).
Duration: 6-8 weeks.
PCT:
Start: 1-2 weeks after stopping.
Options: Clomid (50 mg/day for 4 weeks) or Nolvadex (20 mg/day for 4 weeks).
Liver Protection:
Use milk thistle or NAC during the cycle.

I am very worried about cholesterol. Do you think it will affect me a lot or could something happen to me?
Is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine (NAC)) necessary in PCT?
And how much should I take during the cycle and PCT if it is necessary?

Anavar may affect cholesterol levels (lower HDL, raise LDL). Monitor them closely. NAC can support liver health; 600-1200 mg daily is common, but not mandatory.

For PCT after Anadrol:
Clomid: 50mg/day for 4 weeks
Nolvadex: 20mg/day for 4 weeks

For an advanced bodybuilder which is better in a bulking cycle please, Anadrol or Trebolone?

Trenbolone is better for bulking as it provides leaner, more sustainable gains, while Anadrol leads to quicker but bloat-heavy gains.

Dosage: 50mg/day.
Expected gain: <5-10kg (water + muscle)
Side effects:Water retention, liver strain, high BP.
PCT:Clomid orNolvadex after cycle.
