Since your tests confirm low testosterone, the safest and most effective starting point is to Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)—which can fix that fatigue and help you gain muscle—rather than self-prescribing compounds like Dianabol or Turinabol which could crash your hormones even further.

I want to start a course of testosterone. I've been looking at this one.

Pharmaqo Labs Testosterone -C 200 – Test Cypionate

I've never injected before but I've done all the oral tablets. How many ml would I need to inject a week. My stomach is completely flat what size needles would I need to inject into my stomach? Does anybody know where the best place is to get syringes and needles?

Thanks

A beginner bodybuilding cycle typically involves 250 mg to 500 mg per week (which at 200 mg/ml is 1.25 ml to 2.5 ml); for a lean stomach, you should use a 27G to 29G (1/2 inch) needle for subcutaneous injections.

Most people start with a simple testosterone like enanthate or cypionate since they’re stable and easy to manage. That said, don’t rush into higher doses for muscle growth. Get your levels into a normal range first, see how you feel, and keep bloodwork in check. Once hormones are in a good place, diet and training will do most of the work anyway.

Hiya guys, I’ve noticed that the testosterone in my vial has became more cloudy than it usually is. Is this normal and is it still ok to use, only been using it for a month? Thx

Hi I’m going to start my first injectable cycle, Iv dabbled in many orals over the years. I’m 34yo 85kg 5ft 10 male. Can you give me any advice on what type of test, how many mg, how often to jab, and how to jab please? And from your experience is there anything you would recommend and did you get decent gains? Thankyou

a common beginner approach is 300–500mg of Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate per week, split into two intramuscular injections (e.g., glutes or quads) using a sterile technique.

Purchase a "Steroid Injection Kit" from a specialized online medical supply store or a local needle exchange, ensuring you use a brand-new syringe and two fresh needles (one to draw and one to inject) for every single application to prevent infection and dulling. For a step-by-step: disinfect the vial rubber, draw the oil with a 21G needle, swap to a 23-25G needle, expel air, swab the outer quad or glute, and inject steadily at a 90-degree angle.

I’m thinking of trying a test cycle too, never dabbled before, always been fit, exercised etc, but looking at putting on a bit of lean muscle in older age (63) had my bloods done recently but not sure how much test I would need to achieve my aim ,
