For first-time users, a Testosterone-only cycle is the safest and most effective way to begin. Use Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate at 300–500mg per week for 10–12 weeks. This helps build muscle, strength, and improve recovery with minimal risk.
Alongside your cycle, take Arimidex (0.5mg every other day) to control estrogen levels. After the cycle, run a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) using Clomid or Nolvadex for 3–4 weeks to restart natural testosterone production.
Stick to clean eating, consistent training, and good sleep for best results. Avoid stacking multiple compounds on your first cycle to reduce side effects and see how your body reacts.

Hi everyone,
I'm a 55-year-old male and relatively new to training—I've been lifting consistently for about 18 months on the recommendation of my rheumatologist to help manage rheumatoid arthritis. Despite some physical limitations, I've made solid natural progress (benching 80kg, for example), and training has done wonders for my overall well-being.
I’m now seriously considering taking the next step into the world of PEDs and would really appreciate some experienced guidance. Specifically:
Is there a recommended "starter kit" covering both the necessary compounds and ancillaries?
I’m 6'2" and currently 19 stone. My long-term goal is to sit around 16–17 stone of lean muscle.
I’m on a weekly injectable biologic for RA and undergo liver function and blood tests every 3 months—so health monitoring is already in place.
I'm thinking a cautious approach like a six-week on/off cycle might be manageable given my medical context.
Any advice, insights, or things to avoid would be hugely appreciated. I'm keen to do this safely, responsibly, and with respect for both my goals and long-term health.

Great progress!
Starter cycle (6–8 weeks):
Test E or Cyp: 100–150 mg/week
Anavar (optional): 20–30 mg/day (4–6 weeks)
AI (if needed): Arimidex 0.25 mg every 3–4 days
Liver support: NAC or TUDCA
PCT: Nolvadex 20 mg/day for 4 weeks
Avoid: Tren, Dbol, high doses.
Keep: Diet, training, and bloodwork tight.

Hi looking to give this beginner cycle a crack. Where would be best to inject and al what type of injection IM or Subq. Also what needles to use.

I've just finished 5weeks 10mg winny and 10mg dbol with 500mg TUDCA and omega3 and cod liver oils I've been tempted to get Intex t400 but dosing puts me off as I've read so many differing views on dosage and really only want as lower dosage as possible on all fronts but definitely need some test mostly for trt. Would it be to late to add wen I restart my second half of cycle? And can anyone clarify dosages

After just two doses, I’m already noticing a big drop in post-workout fatigue — recovery’s improving and energy levels are holding up much better.
I’ve been running German Volume Training for the last couple of weeks. Started light to ease into the volume, but I’m now pushing 10kg dumbbells on most exercises and 60kg on the chest press. That’s a fair bit below my 1RM of 85kg, but right now the goal is rebuilding the base — strengthening the foundation rather than chasing peak numbers.
That said… next week I’ll be testing the waters again with a new 1RM attempt on chest press. Hoping to crack 90–95kg. Fingers crossed, pre-fatigue willing!

Hi,
I am on Test C 200mg per week (1ml) (I am on my second week). Generally feel fine, slight increase in Libido. Mainly taking it to improve mood and wellbeing as Test results were 9 n/mol. I have brought some Arimidex and Var-10, whats the suggested dosage on these ? Thanks

You mention 300mg - 500mg Test C for beginners. I have read some advice elsewhere which suggests 200mg per week. Would it be safe for me to take 400mg of Test C as a beginner to increase testosterone level?

Hi im looking at my first cycle, im wanting some major gains as im an ectomorph as they say im 9 st 11 tracking calorie intake to 3000 or more a day which is a struggle but want to really take the next step and see some results. If anyone can recommend a good bulk cycle would prefer tablets but if injections are better ill give it a try. Cheers

You're doing fine on 200mg/week—great for TRT and mood.
If you want to bump to 400mg/week, it's safe for short cycles but expect more side effects.
For Arimidex: 0.25mg 2x/week (only if estrogen issues).
For Var-10: 20–40mg/day for 6–8 weeks. Use liver support and plan PCT.
