Mate follow this step;
Anavar
Dosage: 40-50 mg/day
Duration: 8-12 weeks
Timing: Split doses into two, morning and evening (with food) for even absorption.
Testosterone Undecanoate
Dosage: 1000 mg (standard for longer-lasting ester) every 10-12 weeks.
Timing: First injection at the start of your cycle; second injection if your cycle extends beyond 10 weeks.
Rest Period
Take 6-8 weeks off after the cycle to recover (post-cycle therapy [PCT] may still be necessary if suppression occurs).
