Hope you’re all doing great!
I wanted to share an update after 10 weeks on 300mg/week of test for my first cycle. To be completely honest, the biggest positive I’ve noticed is that my muscles feel full and pumped all the time. They’ve got a nice, round look to them—definitely a plus! That said, it wasn’t anything crazy. I think I might’ve set my expectations a bit too high, but I did gain a few kilos, going from 96kg to 100kg.
On the downside, I can’t really say there were any major negatives. The only thing that stood out was the constant increase in libido, which could be distracting at times. But other than that, no side effects to speak of.
As for strength, I noticed some improvement—just a few kilos here and there, but nothing too dramatic. I did experience some water retention, though, which makes me wonder where exactly those extra 4-5kg came from. I also added Anavar (20mg/day for 4 weeks), but honestly, I didn’t see much difference from it.
I stuck to a healthy diet of around 2000 calories (in a caloric deficit), but I didn’t notice any changes in body fat percentage, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, my honest opinion is this: yes, you feel good—more energetic and full, especially in the first few weeks—but it’s not life-changing (again, maybe I just expected too much).
Now, for those with experience or advice: I’ve got my PCT ready, but I’m considering tapering off instead. I was thinking of dropping to 200mg/week for two more weeks, then reducing to 100mg for another week, instead of jumping straight into PCT. What do you think?
