Your approach sounds more heart-friendly. For short cycles (3 weeks), try 2 days on, 2 days off, starting at 40mcg and capping at 80mcg. For longer cycles, use 2 weeks on (Mon-Fri) and 2 weeks off, starting at 20mcg and increasing by 20mcg every 2 weeks. Prioritize your heart health and avoid excessive doses.
