Hi I’ve just recieved my anavar tablets 10mg and my dianabol 10mg I was told on the site chat to take 15mg anavar 20mg dianobol per day?
3 weeks 15mg anavar
3 weeks 20mg anavar
6 weeks 20mg dianobol
Then 1/2 weeks rest after my cycle?

Also can I crush my tablets down take them together?

Also when is the best time to take both tablets please?

Is it safe to take the too together please I train hard in the gym 6 days per week and eat clean too
