Having been diagnosed with Klinefelters Syndrome over 10 years ago, the TRT availability and protocols that the NHS stick to is bloody mindingly frustrating to say the least, especially when the trt options are limited and the protocols are set by the GP's and endocrinologists body and they won't deviate from it.

Previously I was on Sustanon, on a 21 day cycle which was spiking my eostrogen levels so high that I was pretty much asleep for 2 days after. Plus the carrier oil that sustanon is in was causing me mild inflammatory issues in my blood results.

I requested to go over to Cypionate years previously and was constantly being blocked - so imagine my absolute delight in finding that this company do cypinoate - i was on it like a shot.

So now I inject every 3.5 days at 60mg per shot - no tiredness, no massive peaks and troughs, steady state TRT and an almost normal life - not zombified like on sustanon and erection qualities like i'm a teenager 😀

Hey all,

56 years old guy here with an average testosterone level of 330 to 398 ng/dL (as of March 22nd, 2026). I don't smoke, drink and eat plenty of protein (175g) along with healthy amount of carbs and fat.

Been researching everything about TRT protocol for months and decided on Hemi Pharma Test Enanthate because its use MCT as their carrier oil.

I injected (outer thigh muscle) 150mg (2x75mg) per week using 25G 1-inch needle, which was painless and zero lumps.

Took a blood test on the 12th May, 2026...

Testosterone - 1300 ng/dL (trough)
Free testosterone - 0.2976 ng/mL
Estrogen - within range
SHBG - within range

After my blood test result, I decided to lower my weekly testosterone injection to 120mg (2x60mg) with a TRT add-on of 25mg proviron per day. Will use proviron for no more than 8 weeks.

End result, great energy, recover easily like a 21 years old guy, sleep like a baby and feeling hard all around.

Will post another blood result in 8 weeks.

I've had quite a few orders from this site now. Maybe 10+ or so. I can safely say that Intex's test 400 is by far the best I've bought. Im currently on my first cycle. Im 39..genatic are 1000 % im on 100mg of anadrol a day and so far so good on last week of cycle off cycle for 8 weeks been on cycle for 6..what would be a good oral to continue to use other than anadrol..please any info would be fantastic..ive had my bloods done and ive had a ECG heart etc and im all good...i have no one to talk to about this...kindest regards Mr M A Rae
